Facteroids 2

Welcome to Facteroids 2 tech demo

I wanted to present the new game early on to get as much feedback as possible. For now there is no gameplay, only game environment. There is no tutorial in this demo. Controls are easy enough to figure out yourself. At least I hope so.

Facteroids 2 ?

For the lack of invention and decisiveness the title “Facteroids 2” is only a temporary one. It will have to be replaced with something more fitting.

So what is going to be in the game ?

Real time strategy with base building, resource management and (yes) automation! Theme setting is in a postapocalyptic world where you fight against evil army of spider robots and free humankind from slavery.

World map

The world map still needs a lot of editing, but this is more or less how the game will look. You will be able to play on the entire planet (except polar regions). The map is huge - 8000x4000 tiles. There will be both land and sea units and buildings.

Feedback

I will be happy to hear from you what you think. I will regularly publish the newest versions. For now on itch.io, later when I have more content (and title) there will be Steam page with demo.
